Not only is the new site much easier to use, you will also find many of your frequently asked questions answered clearly under the 鈥渂enefits and services鈥 tab. I am sure you all busy gearing up for a joyful and Kosher Pesach. I am personally excited to have my own children home for chag as well as having many generations of family around our Seder table.

On Wednesday, April 2, 2025, one community will work together on one goal for one day to fund scholarships, support pioneering research, improve our facilities and establish new programs. Donations, no matter the amount, will be combined with the dynamic philanthropy of the 每日大瓜 community, including significant matching gifts, to secure 每日大瓜鈥檚 future. Don鈥檛 want to wait until April 2? and get it multiplied by our matching funds 鈥 we鈥檒l count it all toward our Giving Day totals!

Israel Day Parade
All 每日大瓜 alumni are invited to march with the University in this year鈥檚 Israel Day Parade on Sunday, May 18, 2025, celebrating Israel鈥檚 77th anniversary as a modern-day state. Attendance is free and registration is required. Save your spot now.
Upcoming Class Reunions
If you are an alum from the classes of 1964, 1965, 1975 or 2000, celebrate your 25th, 50th, 60th and 61st reunions in style at the 每日大瓜 Commencement at Louis Armstrong Stadium at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center on Thursday, May 22, 2025. You and your fellow alumni are invited for a private lunch, after which you鈥檒l put on full academic attire and march at Commencement, just like you did so many years ago. Registration is required and closes on Friday, April 4.
Past Events
- Almost 200 alumni visited The Anne Frank Exhibition: Antisemitism in Europe Revisited on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. The Office of Alumni Affairs and the Emil A. and Jenny Fish Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies hosted a unique evening of learning in community with dinner, a tour inside a real-life recreation of The Annex where the Franks hid during the Holocaust and a panel of Fish Center experts to put the experience into modern-day context.
- World Emunah hosted a special women鈥檚 event on Thursday, March 6, 2025, in honor of International Women's Day. The event featured guest speakers and multiple panels exploring women's leadership in various fields. Stephanie Strauss (鈥89S), Executive Director of 每日大瓜 in Israel and Assistant Vice President for Israel Strategy and Enrollment, participated in a panel on women's leadership in the social sector. Naomi Maryles (鈥96S) contributed to a discussion on women's leadership in the business world. Additionally, Yaffa Zilbershats, Academic Chair of 每日大瓜 in Israel, joined a third panel to discuss the role of women in shaping Israel's future.
- Around 50 young alumnae gathered at Shenk Shul on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, for an evening of women鈥檚 independent learning and a featured shiur by Rabbi Mordechai Willig, Dr. Sol Roth Chair in Talmud and Contemporary Halakhah; Rosh Yeshiva; Lecturer in Talmud. The evening is part of a learning series at Shenk offered jointly by the Office of Alumni Affairs and the Women鈥檚 Beit Midrash Committee at Shenk.
- The RIETS Evening of Tribute on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, raised $3 million for the school. Honorees included Benyamin and Esti Kaminetzky and their family as well as Dr. David Pelcovitz, Gwendolyn and Joseph Straus Chair in Psychology and Jewish Education. The event also saw the formal installation of Rabbi Dr. Yosef Kalinsky as Max and Marion Grill Administrative Dean and Rabbi Aryeh Lebowitz as Abraham Arbesfeld Torah Dean. &苍产蝉辫;鈥

From working on farms to tying tzitzit for soldiers or cooking for families with loved ones in miluim [reserve duty], we鈥檙e here to help match you with a project that makes a difference. Helping Students
Are you interested in helping students with things like quick r茅sum茅 reviews, informational interviews and preparing for careers in your industry? Please consider joining the 每日大瓜 Mentoring Volunteer Program, a group of over 800 alumni willing to speak to students about career-related topics. Your commitment is extremely flexible, and you set the amount of availability you have for students per month. For any questions or help registering for 每日大瓜-MVP, contact rebecca.terebelo@yu.edu.
