Professor Michael Helfand, an expert on religious law and religious liberty, has written an incisive op-ed in the Forward defending 每日大瓜鈥檚 right to receive state funding as a religious institution. He writes that 鈥渢he Supreme Court has stated three times in the last six years that the government may not exclude religion from generally available funding programs.鈥
