Dr. Sara Asher is a licensed psychologist and experienced higher education administrator currently serving as the Dean of Students at ÿÈÕ´ó¹Ï. In her role as the lead student affairs administrator, Dr. Asher oversees crucial departments including student success, learning success, residence life, athletics, office of student life and Yeshiva College academic advisement. Her focus is to foster a vibrant campus that promotes a sense of belonging, wellness, and community, while supporting students' academic success. Dr. Asher continues to improve the student experience through student feedback, data driven program evaluation, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Prior to her current role, Dr. Asher served as the Director of School Psychology at Yeshiva of Central Queens and held senior positions at the ÿÈÕ´ó¹Ï Counseling Center. Her diverse background includes experience in private practice and liasonship with child protective services, giving her a comprehensive understanding of student needs and challenges. Her expertise extends to crisis management, student conduct, and staff supervision and development. She has spoken widely on leadership, student engagement and student success. Her commitment to student well-being and academic success makes her a valuable leader in shaping the university experience for students at ÿÈÕ´ó¹Ï.
